Financial Options

If you are worried about where your dollars go then Missouri Equipment Leasing has several options to choose from on how you might finance your project.

We can provide short term rates if your project is going to be for a limited time frame.  We also can provide long term rates for those projects that may be of an indefinite term.

Short Term Lease:  This lease will allow the customer to define a term of months or up to a year lease with a rate based on the term of the lease and the size of the modular unit that is required.  This lease is the most common of all the options for leasing of modular units and there is no ownership implied with this lease at the end of the lease term.

Long Term Lease:  This lease will allow the customer to define a term of 1 to 5 years with a rate based on the term of the lease and the size of the unit that is required.  This lease is for projects that have a definite term longer than 12 months and will allow the customer to satisfy the need for space for the long term.  This type of lease can be adapted to include relocations that may be needed during the duration of the lease if the customer is not sure of the location of the unit for the term of the lease.  There is no implied ownership with this lease at the end of the lease term. 

Lease With Option:  This lease will allow the customer to define a term of 1 to 5 years to lease the modular unit and at the end of that term the unit may be purchased by the customer for a preset amount.  The rate of this lease is based on the term of the lease and the size of the unit that is required.  The purchase amount at the end of the lease term will be preset and ownership for the modular unit will be transferred to the customer at the time of the purchase amount being paid.

Lease/Purchase:  This is a lease option that provides for the sale of the modular unit over a term of 1 to 5 years.  This type of payment will be set up with principal and interest payments due either monthly or yearly paid by the customer.  At the end of this lease the ownership will be transferred to the customer when the final payment is paid.

Purchase:  This is a definite purchase of the modular unit.  The amount is preset by a contract and upon the payment of the contracted amount the customer will retain all ownership of the modular unit.
